We are restaurant owners who come to emerald grand every year. This was our favorite meal of this trip. The roasted red pepper dip we had for a starter was amazing! we had the dip samplers, chicken shawarma, and Moroccan meatballs. All was good, but the meatballs were over the top good. There have been several restaurants in this location since we started coming about 11 years ago but this one is amazing. Service was very goods well. We hope this one is here to stay!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! If you’re looking for something beyond the usual when it comes to Mexican food, Azul Mexican Fusion in Destin is an absolute must. This place completely blew me away – it’s not Tex-Mex, and it’s not like any other Mexican restaurant you’ve been to. It’s its own beautiful category: bold, creative, and incredibly flavorful fusion cuisine that honors tradition while doing something totally new. Every dish I tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with heart. The menu is personal – you can tell the owner has poured his soul into it. In fact, he even came by to check on us, making sure we were loving everything. That kind of connection, that pride – it elevates the entire experience. We took our two teenage boys - some of the items we ordered were: wings: dip flight, a variety of tacos, street corn ribs, quesadilla, mega cheese burger, Azul Bowl. The atmosphere at Azul is warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a while. And the cocktails? So good. Thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and a perfect match for the food – they’re not an afterthought here. Come to Azul with an open mind and a hungry heart. This is not your standard Mexican fare – it's something far more exciting. You’ll be glad you tried it.
